So, even though I never changed my password, and my SAME password is written down in front of me, on the same sticky note that I have used dozens of time, I STILL CANNOT LOGIN TO Healthcare.gov.
The system is telling me that my logins are invalid. I will use the RESET PASSWORD Function.
It then says to check my email for a message. That hits my email immediately. Working fine.
I click on the link, and it begins to ask me my security questions….seems to be fine so far.
I answered all of those. CORRECTLY. And I proceed to the reset PW screen.
After completing the process of changing my PW, I get this error. DOOOOH!!! Now what do I do?
I try a Back Arrow, thinking MAYBE I need to re-enter the security Questions. It won’t let me do that. I get this again.
So I go back to the original email, and try clicking on the link again.
But NOOOO. Clicking on that link, takes me back to this error message.
Looks like I will not be getting my Password reset today. I need to call the 800#. Stay tuned for audio.
Day 46. I still have not seen a real quote for my family.
