Audio: Day 56 Obamacare Supervisor, Escalation, Appeal, and Frustration

56 Days in, and still no quote.  I still cannot login to http://www.healthcare.gov.

Today, I called the Obamacare hotline number, and became frustrated in many ways.  It appears as if there is no real system for escalating issues, nor is there a good system for appealing wrong determinations.

AUDIO:  After I ask for a REAL QUOTE, the Supervisor tries to give me an estimate, then cannot give me a real quote after I call him on it.

Audio:  I ask Supervisor to stop reading to me as I get frustrated with his response

Audio:  Supervisor does not seem to have a simple way for us to fix a SIMPLE PROBLEM

Audio:  Supervisor explains process of appeals and how it may take 90 days to get a response during an appeal.
